We delivered this $3.1m upgrade at Alexandra Primary School with KLMSA to replace an older building containing asbestos with a new architecturally designed permanent modular building.
We ensured the upgrade integrated seamlessly with the school’s existing Building the Education Revolution Building (BER) to suit their focus on contemporary learning styles and open, interconnected spaces.
The project has provided 2 new classroom spaces, an open resource area, an integration area, an outdoor classroom, a new entry way and staff quarters.
Our modular facilities require less time for planning and construction, resulting in reduced disruption to students, staff and teaching programs. They are sustainable and innovatively designed, with a comparable lifespan to bricks and mortar structures.
This project benefitted from the Victorian School Building Authority’s Permanent Modular School Buildings Program.
