As Sensum strives to be the leaders in modern construction solutions, we are prioritising creating a team that offers the highest level of service for our clients and to ensure we are best equipped with the knowledge and tools to look after our Extended Wolf Pack.

So, we are pleased to announce our newest team and service offering; Sensum’s Project Accounting and Contracts (PAC) Team.

 

 

Who are the PAC Team?

   

What do the PAC Team do?

• Sensum’s Project Accounting & Contracts (PAC) Team specialise in administration of reporting and oversee the QSEMP compliance for the Sensum business, including: Contract review and advice on our client’s engagements
• Project accounting
• Cashflow modelling
• Operational Business Unit and Management reporting
• Project establishment – ensuring standout contract notice templates & checklists creation
• Process sequence mapping and flowcharts (including contractual workflows).
• System administration
• Identify ways to streamline operations and flow of information to maximise efficiency.

Our PAC Team supports Sensum’s operations across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Engineering.

PAC Team’s Objectives

The PAC Team’s  key objective is to function as an agile, adaptable service that supports the collective Sensum team to meet and exceed client expectations. The PAC Team are committed to applying their experience and knowledge,  by responding promptly to enquiries, communicating candidly and professionally, and being flexible with our service offering to suit evolving team, clients and their needs.

PAC Team Values

The PAC Team are led by the  philosophy of Ubuntu – which means we consider the success of the group above that of the individual. In Sensum speak – this means the Wolf Pack is hunting the buffalo together and the PAC Team is an essential and important part of this hunt.  Each member of the PAC Team is passionate about delivering outcomes, whilst creating and developing meaningful relationships with our internal and external team.

PAC also strive to exhibit and operate with a Kaizen mindset – the Japanese term for ‘continuous improvement’ or ‘change for the better’.
