While it’s not all we do, we have built a business from and specialise in delivering projects with Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Why? Because we’re passionate about the benefits they can provide our clients, the community, and our planet.

We recognise that we have a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. Our commitment is to reduce our environmental impact and continually improve our environmental performance, including a reduction in our carbon emissions and material wastage.

Sensum walk the talk when it comes to sustainability. As a proud Founding Partner of MECLA, the Materials and Embodied Carbon Leaders’ Alliance, we are working to transform the building and construction sector to reach Net-Zero embodied carbon emissions. We are also undertaking the process of obtaining carbon neutral certification.

By looking at ways to align what we do and how we do it with the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals, we aim to further build ourselves as being a business that weaves social consciousness into everything.
