Summer Hill Boarding House

We’re excited to be working with Metro Community Housing Cooperative to deliver a 12-room new generation boarding house in Summer Hill in the Inner-West of Sydney. This purpose built accommodation will provide affordable, high quality and secure long term housing for low to moderate income earners. 

It is located in an excellent area which will provide future residents with access to community amenities, transport and essential services.

The development has been designed to  sympathetically integrate with the heritage character of the Summer Hill area, to provide a high level of amenity to tenants internally and externally, and it has a strong focus on sustainability features which will minimise energy costs for the residents and for Metro as the long term owner.

We have now issued the request for tender, with construction anticipated to commence in late-2022, and Metro is looking forward to welcoming tenants in late-2023.
