The Victorian Government allocated $14.6 million to completely revitalise Warrnambool Special Developmental School. The new school accommodates 170 students and features state of the art inclusive and environmentally sustainable design features, as well as a food training building and therapy areas.

Following the purchase of land in 2016, Sensum managed the construction of a replacement school site with world class facilities using traditional building methods.
