our vision and purpose.

In 2015, Sensum was born from a profound reflection on our role as visionary and intuitive leaders in transforming project delivery. A commitment to innovation and a passion for social impact drive us. We believe every investment in infrastructure should be an investment in a better quality of life for all. With one pack and one planet in mind, we are delivering today for tomorrow's generations.

That's the Sensum promise.

Our vision is to lead as a modern construction consultancy, driving change and innovation in every project we undertake. We strive to add value at every interaction, not just in the final product but in the transformative process that improves lives and uplifts communities.

Imagine a world where every piece of infrastructure - from the schools that educate our young people to facilities caring for our loved ones, from homes offering shelter in times of need to recreational spaces that bring us together - is designed with purpose and sustainability at its core. That's the world Sensum is committed to creating.

Central to our success is our investment in our people. We believe that by empowering and developing our team, we can achieve our vision of a more sustainable and inclusive future.

leading change.

The application of modern construction methods, offsite construction, prefabrication, Design for Manufacture Assembly techniques, and application of standardised and modular configurations is quickly becoming a preferred delivery solution – with minimal disruption, short delivery timeframes, and quality outcomes. We’re leaders in this space, with a large volume of our projects being delivered through these methods.

our values.

Protect The Pack

We keep the pack unified and on the same path, and we will go out of our way to protect our team members.

Get It Done

We are driven, passionate and enthusiastic in our approach.

Love What You Do

The only way to do great work is to love what you do, and we are passionate about the outcomes we deliver.

Make It Count

We are deliberate in our approach and constantly seek out opportunities to exceed expectations.

for planet.

We have built a profit-for-purpose organisation which is all about people. The projects that drive us are those that result in positive social impact, support a better quality of life and a sustainable planet.

With an increased global focus on delivering green buildings that promote the reduction in the use of energy and materials, we understand the need to consider these requirements both during the design and construction phase and post-practical completion with ongoing operational and maintenance costs for our clients.

As project managers and advisors, we lead by example in our focus on sustainability. We have adopted a paperless approach and initiated other sustainability measures internally to minimise our own environmental footprint. By doing so, we aim to set a standard for responsible practices and demonstrate our commitment to being good ancestors for future generations.

We don’t just talk the talk; we walk it every step of the way.

17 Global United nations sdg’s

By looking at ways to align what we do and how we do it with the 17 Global UN Sustainable Development Goals, we are weaving social and environmental consciousness into everything we do, and through our focus on certification, we are capturing, reporting on and committing to sustainable activities.

INTEGRATED IMS

We have developed Sensum’s Quality, Safety & Environmental Management System (IMS) and achieved third-party ISO certification in February 2018.

This means that we are upholding high quality standards across all of our business operations and projects.

Climate Active

We are part of Australia’s collective climate action, and our business operations are certified as Carbon Neutral.

Climate Active is a rigorous, government-backed, carbon-neutral certification for businesses.
