Sensum facilitated and led six design sprint workshops which were attended by a mix of 11 MMC suppliers, 11 local architects, and Government.

We subsequently supported the team in developing internal processes for the adoption and successful delivery of MMC projects across the state, and lead the stakeholder engagement and tours via the MMC Training Centre and were involved in the island tours and engagement with the Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC).
