The Stage 2 expansion of St Michael’s Catholic School includes the demolition of existing Blocks B and C which is replaced by a two-storey learning facility including new GLA’s, outdoor learning areas, withdrawal spaces and student amenities. This stage also includes the refurbishment of a new staff area in block F as well as the upgrade and expansion to the western playground areas to increase playground space and improve lines of sight throughout the school.

Sensum provided project management and contract superintendency for Stage 2 of the project. Scope management and value engineering has been a critical part of our service offering.
